Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note, while we aim to send your order out as quickly as possible, once the shipment has left our facility there could be potential delays due to postal service problems that are outside of the control of Mind Your Bees Wraps.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over $35 CAD we offer free shipping to Canada and the USA.

LOCAL DELIVERY AND IN-STORE PICKUP

Local delivery and in-store pickup options are not available at this time as our location is where we manufacture our wraps. Check out the list of retailer partners for a store near you. Please call the retail store ahead of time to check availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mind Your Bees Wraps is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Shipping times are based on the carrier’s timeline. According to the Canada Post site, Increased parcel volumes combined with new safety protocols and pandemic measures in Canada and the U.S.A are creating delays for some customers. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please check our refund policy page for full details.
